Common to all areas of residence is a single interior style - the style of the Russian urban province. Proximity to Estonia has also imposed its stylistic imprint - a cozy and relaxed laconism, but we have tried to give each room its own personality through colors, wall paintings, furnishings, decoration fabrics.
All rooms are equipped with individual bathrooms with a set of necessary hygiene products.
The rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, intercom phones, and Wi-Fi connection.
The heating level in the rooms is regulated by an internal battery valve. If the room is still not warm enough, you can ask the administrator for an extra heater or blanket. And in summer - a fan for stuffy air in the room.

The rooms of this category are located on the second and attic floor of a late 19th- and early 20th-century merchant's house.
All rooms differ in size, but the set of furniture and services is the same. Guests have a choice of rooms with one double bed (DBL) or two separate beds (TWIN).
Available additional space - an armchair or folding bed.
Bathroom: toilet + shower
Hygiene equipment: 3 towels per guest, sanitary sachet (soap, gel, shampoo)

Comfort Rooms are located on the second floor of the inner building. Rooms have additional space and furniture (closet, dressing table).
